Jefferson County came home with a whole bunch of first place ribbons from the 2006 Washington State Fairs Association.

For a lot of us, the highlight of the Jefferson County Fair 2006 was when Heath McIntire proposed to Danielle Towry. That smiling dad on the left is JCFA President Bill McIntire. The couple hugged (and the rest of us cried!), as Elvis (Danny Vernon) sang "I Can't Help Falling in Love with You."
